Easier than it looks. Comes out very nice.
I was skeptical of how well this would work, but it surprised me how well it works even on electric stove tops. I use an IR temp gun to test the inside temperature and it's easy to keep it around 350 to 400 F for perfect roasting. It does however take a while for a good dark roast.

The item does not have name, box has writing on box. I wish I got the same brand I paid for.
The media could not be loaded. What I like is, i was able to roast coffee. Easy to use.What I did not like, no name on the little roaster. It appears it is a perfecr replica of the original roaster.
