If you are thinking this may just be overpriced sterile saline you are not alone but I can tell you that is not the case! I have used Neilmed, Medicleanse, and other brands successfully to heal piercings but nothing has been as effective as this product! The minerals definitely make a difference! You can genuinely see improvement overnight versus other products that can take from several days to a week to dry out.

I use this for all of my piercings, especially if they start getting irritated..this works wonders!

I bought H2Ocean a week after I had two cartilage piercings and a nose piercing done. My ear had swelled up so badly that is was double it's normal size. I had been using a homemade Himalayan salt water wash that I used with previous piercings. The day my ear swelled, I ordered a can of H2Ocean and prayed it would help relieve the severe swelling. It arrived in a day and a half and I sprayed it on upon receipt. My ear swelling started reducing immediately. By day three it was back to normal! I also began using it on my nose piercing which had been healing perfectly. I decided to purchase another can of H2Ocean to have when my first can emptied, but they were out of stock. So I ordered two different highly rated organic aftercare products, one a spray with tea tree oil and another an oil to use on my nose so I wouldn't run out of the H2Ocean for my cartilage piercings. Well guess what? I received the other products and started using them on my nose piercing, and within three days I developed a piercing bump! I was horrified. So back to H2Ocean (and I immediately ordered the two pack that was available). The bump went down within four days! Do not use anything other than H2Ocean if you plan to have a quick and easy healing experience. I am sold on H2Ocean!!

This stuff is AWESOME! My piercings are 3 weeks old and this got rid of the soreness and the swollen areas on my ears.... I've only been using it for about a week and I can already tell that this really works... My piercings are not as sore as before and the swollen areas are almost gone. This is really Great for new piercings.. I use it twice a day! This really works. It does a really good job with the healing process of new piercings!

So a little background info for ya first - I had both ears pierced in the upper cartilage many moons ago. We’ll say 20+ years ago or so. I haven’t worn earrings in those spots for a very long time. I recently got the urge to wear earrings in the cartilage again and let me tell you, the past few weeks have been awful trying to sleep. I got the earrings in again just fine but my right ear has been SO sore, even really sore to the slightest touch, never mind trying to sleep or wash my hair. Excruciating.I kept cleaning it with antibacterial soap and it still was so incredibly painful but nowhere near infected or red. I researched Google for what I could do to get this to heal faster and saw this product. Natural ingredients seemed like a better option for cleaning the piercing and I like that I didn’t have to manipulate the earring like I did with soap products (thus creating more pain) to use this. I started using this product yesterday morning. I spray it on my earring, front and back, every 4 hours. It’s been a day and half and I can already tell a HUGE difference. The pain has dropped dramatically to almost nothing. I can actually touch my ear again!!I feel really confident that I will be able to sleep on my right side again by this time next week, if not much sooner. This spray is the best spray of its kind on the market. I get keloids very easily where I’m pierced. I also have sensitive and oily skin. After washing my face with Cetaphil, I spray my nostril piercing inside and out. I use this spray three times a day. I highly recommend this.
