The device packed up after using it for two weeks. I have done all that the troubleshooting guide says

Pleasantly surprised
I was surprised this actually works. I’ve given it 3 stars because of the gel pads but the intensity for £50 purchase is amazing! I was exhausted after using it on my abs, felt like I did a workout. I am a regular gym user, if you are not I’m not sure it’ll work for you but for £50 definitely worth trying it out

Poor quality
This is second belt I’ve purchased, first few years ago that you put on charge and was brilliant, this one you have to use batteries which is fine as it’s cheaper problem is the belt can’t draw enough power to work both arms together at once you have to do one then the other and if you wanted to do arms and stomach you need a good 90 mins. Don’t waste you money on rubbish.

Effective, easy to use & worth the money
In the past I used the cheap usb powered toning abs & arms pads and they all fail after 3 weeks (no pulse) but with the bodi tek spending abit more is more than worth it and 5 months later still working as usual and effective definitely toned up in targeted areas , only niggles are the replacement pads are not cheap but last quite long and the arm pads are not wide enough I mean my arm is 14.5 inches around and that’s not exactly muscular and these only just stretch around so they would be no good if your arms are 15 or more inches .

Unit worked fantastic for several weeks - However Belt became defective very quickly and stopped working after approx 2 Months - Wire connection is very fragile and appears to have bent and Broken. I am Looking for contact details to return this item but seller information not avail as sold by Amazon directly-

Good but no longevity
Was good while it lasted! Bought on April 4th and now has completely stopped working in June. I was wearing it and in the middle of a toning session and it just stopped? Strange
