Airex Balance Pad Elite - 50cm x 41cm x 60mm

For so many years I've avoided all exercises requiring kneeling in any shape or form; this pad has changed my world! I can kneel! For someone with severely hypermobile joints, it's something I thought I'd never be able to do again. Pilates roll-ups, sit-ups, planks and press-ups are not only possible, but more effective for me now, with the added proprioceptive work due to the foam's instability. Praise God for Airex :-)

Bought this because it is the same one I used in the hospital. It arrived quicker than I was expecting. It was well packaged and in excellent A1 condition. Very satisfied with the product, easy to keep clean and does what it says on the box.

Well made and comfortable, well worth the money. I use it to stand on as well in front of my standing desk. I have arthritic feet and it definitely helps.
