Running Gels
The only gels I will use, small enough to pop in your pocket but big enough to do the job. Great taste and consistency unlike many others that I have tried!!!!

Deep flavoured energy gels
I first saw Torq gels at the Keswick mountain festival and found the taste amazing! Apple crumble is beautiful and you almost want to stop and savour them. Not too sweet for me and easy on the gut. They even do a coffee one but not part of this pack.

Give them a try
These were purchased for longer training runs that would be over 90 mins in place of my usual Maurten gels to save a few pounds. Price is excellent and all the flavours tried have been lovely, but on a couple of occasions I've had a weird reaction, tickling in my thoat after taking them, resulting in a cough for up to a couple of hours. Not much use for me on race day, back to Maurten it is 🙄

My new go to gel
I typically use. these on my longer rides and they're great.The consistency is far better than other products such as the SIS version which I've tried, and as a result are easier to swallow.Flavours are interesting but delicious and would highly recommend! I'm now going to just order my favourite flavour!
