Plus pointsExcellent lights overall with the flexibility to change brightness and colour temperature.Good duration from a full charge - picture taken 3 hours after lights turned on after a cloudy and rainy day with lights set to max brightness (outlasted the others that are an older version by over an hour).Minus pointsThe distance between the control box (red arrow) and the Solar panel (blue arrow) is great but the distance between the control box and the first light is only about 30cm which is very limiting. This is a design fail.As a result you have to position the light very close to the control box and as I wanted it high up on a fence panel I now have an ugly white box right next to the light.I've written to the vendor about this and they said that they are reviewing the design for future versions but in the medium term they will be selling and extension cable.The control box itself has very bright LEDs on it and as this is now in plain sight so the green LEDs are very distracting and detract from the overall aesthetic.One other issue is that the mechanism to lock the lights at whatever angle you need could be more secure. To get them to stay at your desired position you have screw a small plastic knob which is quite difficult to tighten enough to secure it.On the whole I'm happy with them but the minus points have downgraded the start rating for installation

I bought these in late summer and to date they have worked well. Just one small observation, there is no built in timer so if switched on, at nightfall they light up automatically and then will stay lit until daybreak (when they switch off) or until the battery runs flat. During the summer this is not a problem as daylight hours are longer than the nights, but as winter approaches and the balance changes there will be insufficient daylight to charge the batteries fully, consequently they will end up becoming fully discharged. How this will affect them during the long winter period coming in to the spring is as yet unknown, so I will update this review again in March/April next year.

Great value for money, works as intended. Charged very quickly and is currently in use on motion detection.

The lamp is inside my shed. It does not get wet or even damp but yet the light worked for only one week before refusing to turn on.It charges but the light just flashes once and stays off. Nothing I do will make it work. I have tried charging it with usb. I've tried all the buttons on the remote. Nothing.I'd say the build quality is good...but clearly it isn't good enough.Value for money would be good...if it worked.Looks nice. That's why I bought it and am upset that it no longer works after a week.

One of the best solar lights I’ve bought. It may not look that attractive (like a UFO from Close Encounters) but is ideal for bathrooms, sheds, garages, workshops, lofts etc.it has a very large capacity battery - which can also be topped up via USB - various different lighting levels and timer settings, a remote control and two different coloured light types - a clinical bright white and a warm yellow. It has several directional panels so you can angle light to particular areas (desk, mirror etc) - in short they’ve clearly thought about the design or this solar light and for me it ticks all the boxes as well as being great value for money and a good size. Would definitely purchase again.

Sufficient lighting for my shed, you can direct the individual lights to suit your space. Mine is only used for short periods. I’m not sure how long the battery would last during extended use.
