a must have for all tarot collections!
this is one of my favorite decks. the artwork is great, and the deck itself is very sweet & straightforward. some decks are a little too harsh, and others feel like they’re so saccharine that they’ll have you believing your own lies. this is definitely a goldilocks deck. the simplicity of the imagery on the court cards allows space for the reader’s imagination and intuition to creep in and play.

This deck is gorgeous!
The Dreamers Tarot Deck is a captivating and thoughtfully designed deck that transports users into a world of mystical insights and introspection. The unique and accessible artwork shines through the deck's imagery, offering a fresh and unique perspective to the traditional tarot system. Each design captures the essence of the cards' meanings while infusing them with a modern, dreamy, and evocative touch. One of the noteworthy aspects of this deck is its inclusivity and representation. The deck embraces diversity and inclusivity through its portrayal of characters, ensuring that individuals from various backgrounds and identities feel represented and included in the tarot experience.Whether used for personal reflection, meditation, or divination, this deck holds the potential to inspire and guide you on your spiritual journey. It’s simply beautiful.

The overly minimalistic design is not good
The design of the face cards in the minor arcana (usually Page/Knight/Queen/King, here Seeker/Messenger/Mystic/Dreamer) is horrendous. As you can see in the attached photos, the only difference between each card within a suit (other than, only sometimes, minor changes in positioning) is what tiny symbol is drawn on the figure's forehead. In a deck that renamed the face cards, this is inexcusably bad design. I can't imagine actually trying to use this deck--you would have to look up which card was which each time. The lack of effort given to make these cards usable is simply astounding. While the face cards in the minor arcana are the reason I'm writing this review, some of the changes to the major arcana bear mentioning as well, as these changes are not all visible from the main description. As this is meant to be a non-gendered deck, the High Priestess/Empress/Emperor have of course been renamed to Oracle/Creator/Architect. The Hierophant has also been renamed to the Ancestor, which is an odd reinterpretation imo. Additionally, the Lovers have become the Twins, the Hanged Man is now Reflection, Temperance is Balance, and the Devil is the Shadow. I personally strongly dislike some of these changes for my own practice, although that of course will vary by individual. I do find it ridiculous to not list ALL of these changes in the description, however. But really, you should just buy a different deck that put the barest amount of thought into its minor arcana.
