Great bit of kit for exercising with, four bands in a cross through a central fixing point, it opens up many different ways to exercise. It seems to be made to a decent standard, I would have no hesitation in recommending this product for use, enjoy if you decide to purchase.

Rubbish quality
Very cheap rubber, foam and plastic. What a waste of money. Have used once so can’t return. Do not buy!
