I hung up 13 fly catcher strips in my big living room, and within 30 minutes they caught a whopping 15 flies! For the best results, put multiple fly strips on a coat hanger and put it in the LIGHT at a sunny window or where an electric light is on 24/7. Flies are highly attracted to LIGHT and they will gravitate to the fly strip much faster than if you hang the strips in a dark space. The fly strips WILL work in the dark, but it might take a bit longer.I have a fairly large number of flies in my bathroom and living room, so I will keep up these fly strips for at least 3 weeks in the 2 rooms there is an infestation. Flies constantly lay eggs, breed rapidly and those egg larvae grow into adult flies who continue to breed rapidly future generations! Keep all your fly strips up for at least 3-4 weeks to "wait it out" until any fly eggs which incubate and turn into "baby flies" left by dead flies which get caught on these strips. House flies like to lay eggs in the soil of houseplants. They will also drop their eggs all over your house if there are no houseplants. Fly eggs are IMPOSSIBLE to see with the human eye. Keep these placed for 3-4 weeks AFTER your flies disappear. There are probably fly eggs all over the site of infestation.Well packaged and immediately shipped. I got the parcel just 1 day after I placed my order. There are handy thumbtacks on the top of each unit. Unfortunately, those thumbtacks cannot penetrate the hard walls in my living room and bedroom. I saved all those nifty thumbtacks included in the product for future use.I highly recommend this product & would buy it again. Great way to catch the flies and knats

They are not sticky when flies or fruit flies land on it. They can fly back off. I recommend buying a different brand being pregnant and having so much fruit in my house I get fruit flies. I thought about buying this big package that you get tons of them in there now. I wish I bought a different package with less of them with better sticky stuff. Usually I get tons of great stuff on Amazon but this was a waste of money

I think this is a fantastic bargain especially if you want it to go through do. Basically the whole summer and Spring and it catches a lot of flies and I have used several of them in several different places.And and it works great. I would absolutely definitely recommend this and I would buy it again

They are not like the old school fly traps. They are terrible to open and hang. Also very short. And they rip when your pulling them out making them even shorter.

The sticky bug strips are what you'd expect in a hanging fly strip. They are very sticky and catch all sorts of bugs really well. Be careful where you hang these. It looks like a bird flew in to a strip we had hanging on our back patio and had a hard time getting free from it. The evidence was about 5 bird feathers stuck on the strip! The sticky is strong! They come in individual tubes with a loop and push pin at the top. No odor. The only complaint is that the paper itself is not very strong and will tear easily as you lengthen the strip out of the tube. Pull slowly. Even with that, the strips are a good value for the quantity you get at a good price. I'll be buying these again.
