Great bag

Perfect size
It fits my laptop perfectly! Didn't want an excessively large bag for a relatively small laptop. This fits perfectly, materials seem solid as well.

It's smaller than I expected
I always carry a 13" Mac Book Air for work. So I was looking for a tote bag that was sturdy, light, large capacity, and stylish. When I found this tote bag, I thought this was what I wanted!! But I couldn't make up my mind for a while because it's pricey and they also have a 15L tote bag. I didn't know which size was better for me. According to the pictures on the website, it seemed like a 12L tote bag had enough capacity so I finally got a 12L one. I've been using it for 2 months, totally it's fine so far but it's smaller than I thought. First, it's a bit hard to get my 13" laptop out of the internal pocket. Secondly, once I put my laptop in the internal space and the charger in the main space, and my water bottle (20 oz) in the side space, there is very little space left in the bag. I can't put my lunchbox in it. Nor is there room for training clothes (just like leggings and T-shirts). I probably could put them all in it, but I don't want to do that because it would make the bag bulky. I should've bought a 15L one.... That being said, I like this tote bag the color (mine is Saltbush) and it is very sturdy and light. I would recommend buying a 15L one if you have a 13" laptop.

Defective outside zipper
Overall, a nice work tote with plenty of pockets and sturdy material. Two problems: 1. the outside zipper appears to get caught on the material inside the pocket for the key fob and won’t open. 2. My compact umbrella is too tall for this tote and sticks out the top, not allowing for zipped closure. This may be remedied with the larger Tokyo tote. But I had to return because of the first issue.
