Ease of assembly, strong and good to look at

Service and delivery all good with clear instructions on how to complete structure. Unfortunately as I completed the final part of the operation, and not close to the final bolt, there was a crack and one of the curved sections almost split in two. One of those things I guess. I had invested too much time in thinking about contacting seller and have glued temporarily before purchasing a support bracket for a more permanent fix. Does look good though now in the garden.

Really happy with this purchase. Good quality for the price. No issues assembling and undamaged delivery. I have put a trellis on the back with some green foliage as I wanted it as a surround for a statue and not to walk through. I think it works well.

The arch when assembled is seemingly well made & robust but the instructions are very vague & none of the components are marked up to ease identification. This would help especially with the arch top, but assembly is not too difficult.

Overall an excellent product. Well made and relatively easy to self assemble.Two things I’d add which would make the product even better: 1) the side panels are held together with a metal bracket. The bracket was too wide to fit around the connected panels to the extent I had to insert a small section of wood to fill the gap and screw into. The metal brackets could be more accurately sized, and 2) the design of the side panels are such that half way down and at the bottom of each panel results in a trough which will pool rain water. In winter this pooled water will freeze and potentially damage the wood. I drilled drain holes in each trough to reduce the chances of pooled water.

Beautiful when installed but had few areas broken but managed to fix it.instructions should be more clear.

I can't make a claim to building this as my husband did this.All pieces were laid out on the patio and built as was directed.He took the advice of one reviewer and drilled draining holes.Longer screws were required for one part. Fortunately we had them to hand.We decided not to paint it as I thought it looked quite stunning as it was.I lended a hand when it needed put in place. Definitely needs 2 persons for this.It is sturdy and I think reasonably priced. My metal arch, which was cheap as chips, rotted and collapsed within 2 years.Just follow the instructions and all should go well.I have included some photos to show how this arch is supporting a climbing rose.Very happy with my purchase.
