Better quality than Amazon basic, I have both and the Amazon basic one has low quality plastic outside.

Worst quality product
Review after using this product for 3 months.Lid- not closing at all.On/off button not working.Auto switch off not working after boiyof water.Water won't be warm more than 30 mins against company claim of 4 hrs.After service is worst in the class. Phone lines always busy. Once connected to executive lines get disconnected frequently. Tough job to raise complaint.complaint tracking page is not opening on Android browser.So overall stovectaft product has no quality as well company does not have quality after service support.To avoid headache not to buy this product.

Defective product
The media could not be loaded. Product is of worst quality. There is an issue with the lid. It cannot be closed , firstly i exchanged the defective Product but the second one again had the same issue after few days.

Poor overall finishing
The overall finishing is poor . The spout has sharp edges. The screws inside are ill fitted. The auto cut off does not work sometimes. In the warm mode, the water slowly turns hotter ( heats ) over few hours. The one touch lid sometimes does not open. I have many products from this brand, but this one is not of that quality. Over all, not a great product.
