really accurate in all ranges. beats most brand name torque wrench accuracies.
I saw this reviewed from youtuber "Tools Tested" after my HF Icon 5-75 ftlb torque wrench failed to stay within range (target of 13 ft lbs but kept getting 15-17 ftlbs. 5 ftlbs was even worse, the icon wrench kept clocking in at 8-10 ftlbs, double the 5 it lists it can do).i need something that can accurately set 13ftlbs of torque in a 3/8 anvil for some sparkplugs (my 1/4 inlbs torque wrench would work but the added adapter would take up too much space in an already cramped subaru engine bay).i'm thoroughly impressed with the accuracy of this tool! testing on 13 ftlbs, the margin of error was only 0.7%! i tested 5 ftlbs, 27 ftlbs and 45 ftlbs and all fell within 2% or less for error! the whole entire range was great. all testedon an acdelco torque adapter and also tested on a seperate digital torque wrench (it's not a $2000 piece of test equipment thats 0.5% accurate, but it gets me in the ballpark).outside of accuracy, it's also compact and lightweight. the click, even at its lowest setting, is loud, the click feels distinct (ie not mushy), and the adjustment lock mechanism feels solid.some cons: dunno how long the engravings will last, looks painted or etched. numbers are small, and in increments of 2.5? so adjusting it isnt as straightforward. these are all minor nitpicks considering the price and accuracy of this tool.overall: LOVE IT! tho i really wanted to like the $140 HF icon flexhead 5-75 torque wrench, accuracy trumps all, and this little wrench is ACCURATE and a keeper!

The torque wrenches you have been looking for!
Let me tell you, these are what you've been looking for! I had just bought a 3/8 torque wrench from a parts store and it lasted 3 "clicks". I say it like that because, they could have been mistaken for a hair falling on the floor. I couldn't hear it, and it didn't feel right.Come to find out it was broken and needed replacement, rather than get another one, I figured I'd give Amazon a shot. I was kind of hesitant, but decided ultimately to browse and this ended up being the top contender out of a list of 3. The other 2 were somewhat different in package and price, but I'm not going to lie, this was the best color to me.I like the locking mechanism on the handle way more than the lock nut at the bottom of the other one so far. Just slide it down and twist. Then let go, and it locks itself in place. For the bolts that need a little extra push, it is kind of a concern that it will just let go, but I got past that. If I can trust the other one, I can trust this one won't fail. For the price and quality, it's definitely the best I've found in my 20 minutes of searching through the 15 other items just like this, but very slightly different.Bottom line, they work great, and the fact it had the 3 different sizes with it is a great deal in my opinion. They seem sturdy enough, and I'm way more confident tightening any nut or bolt that I requires a precise torque. I can almost guarantee that these are the torque wrenches you have been looking for.

You can’t beat the wrench.
This wrench is great. Great value for the money. Easy to use and very audible clicks when you hit your torque value. Comes in a case and the build quality is very good. The ratcheting clicks are close together which is a plus. It also looks good enough to display.

Great DIY Buy
I've only had one use so far but I like it. Case is nice and makes the wrench feel like when in it. The wrench feels firm in hand, and the click is quite noticeable both audibly and by touch (there's a slight jerk when specified torque is achieved).I am concerned about the paint job; it may not last very long (hopefully it doesn't affect the torque gradations). The length is very good, making it usable in tight spots, and it's good for 5-45 ft/lbs (you may need to spend some time getting used to setting the torque). The button to apply the socket latch is great! There's zero chance of the wrench sliding off the socket because of the lock mechanism but be aware that it is also needed to attached the wrench to the socket.

BEST bang for you buck
For the price, it is a very nice set. I got the set of 3 and they work well so far. Click is very distinct and the wrench slips/ has a notch once you reach the set torque to ensure you do not go past it. Of course you can push past slight notch if needed while torqueing.

Unless you are a professional mechanic this might be the torque wrench for you.
I don't know a lot about how tools are made and what components inside make a torque wrench great or not. I have used tools on my life and have some sense I hope of at least some elements that seem to indicate quality in a tool. I'm currently changing brakes and rotors on my truck and needed this higher poundage torque wrench which goes up to 320 pounds. I need 296. It has a great feel. It has no slop. The action is tight and feels good. It's got the press to hold socket feature which is really nice for those big sockets not coming off. I'm absolutely delighted with it. And the cost was fantastic!

good guality for price.
I needed this totork the axelnuts on a F150 had tobe 300ft.lbs,I needed to put a sleeve over the wrench for more leverage but worked fine I then torqued the lug nuts to 150 ft.lbsI didn't need the extra pipe for this To me the tool is very wellmade heavy duty and easy to use I give it 5 srars.
