Perfect Kadai for couple of people or if you want to use for just frying poori to avoid wastage of oil. you can fry one poori at a time, but since due to small size and good temperature control ( due to cast iron) the oil temperature remains ideal one can fry 15-20poori in just 10 mins

As the kadai is pre-seasoned, you can use it without any cleaning procedures after it arrives. It's not too heavy also and it's worth every penny. It's also rust resistant.
