Fraud/scam
No notebook, no refills. Very few black pens(5/25). Not working as expected but not bad either. But mainly it's a fraud as they didn't send refills or notebook. You can get octane pack of 25 at around 200 too. I checked few other sellers but all were having same issue. Idk who gave this product 5 star and it's even more disappointing that Amazon is allowing such scams to happen.
