Received old laptop with warranty already claimed and over
I received an old laptop with the warranty is already over. Someone has registered the product for warranty a year ago. And it is a real hassle to return the item. Really disappointed.

It's a ThinkPad.
Opted for the Ryzen3 quad core as it is enough to do all basic tasks and some programming work. All the basics of ThinkPad are covered here including sturdy body, resilient keypad and decent selection of ports. I purchased a 16GB ddr4 3200 ram and upgraded to 24 GB total within 2 days of purchasing this.There's a smart bios feature wherein the battery can be powered out completely allowing service of laptop without disconnecting battery physically. After the Ram upgrade, plug in ac adaptor to re-enable The battery. Nifty feature.

Keyboard not working
The media could not be loaded. I buy my Lenovo laptop on 24/12/2023 on that date I received it after 4 day my laptop keyboard is not working I try to return but return option in not working so pls change my laptop as soon as possible

Well built
The device is exactly as explained although it does not have a backlit keyboard ( which seller said it does in Q&A ) but other than that, it's a very good laptop and I do recommend it if it fits your needs.

Got what I was expecting
Battery: Mediocre, 4-5 hours on moderate usage.Display: Mediocre, IPS thin bezels, colors are not that accurate.Power: Adequate.Linux Support: Running linux mint without any issues.Sound: Supports dolby, mediocre quality.Keyboard: Excellent. No Backlight support.Trackpad: Small trackpad, but does the job as screen is also small.Weight: LightweightCharger: Type C charger provided. Compact in size.Note that you can customize this laptop on official lenovo website. I bought it from here because it costed me 35k after exchange.
