Very well made.
I was shocked at how well this chair is made and how comfortable it is. It fits very well and supports my back with no issues. It is definitely a brand I would purchase again

Comfortable and easy to assemble.
This chair is comfortable, the backrest helps me sit up straight so I don't slouch while at my desk. The cushion is thick and soft. The armrests are lacking however, they're too narrow to comfortably rest my arms on. They work better as handles to help push yourself out of the chair or to move the chair. I think their primary purpose is to help support the backrest of the chair more than anything. The chair comes with all of its screws labeled, inside a blister pack. A tool is also provided for assembly. The tool is like a hexagon key/Allen wrench but with a large plastic handle for a comfortable grip. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. There is one issue with the instructions however, two different sets of screws have the same part number, so when the instructions tell you to use one of those sets you need to look closely at the illustration to tell them apart. One set has rounded heads and the other has flat heads. The illustration is small so it's difficult to notice. The chair needs to be assembled. All of the parts come wrapped to prevent scuffing. One unusual thing to note is that the wheelbase needs to be assembled, normally this part is one solid piece but for this chair, it's separated into five legs and one center piece that all connect to it. Each leg needs two screws to firmly connect to the centerpiece. After this, you can connect the castors (wheels) to the base. The gas lift can then be slotted into the base. The castors move smoothly and so does the base. The armrests connect to the underside of the seat and the backrest. This adds some extra sturdiness to the backrest. The gas lift adjustment mechanism has to be connected the correct way, on the underside of the seat there is a sticker that says "front". You'll need to make sure the arrow on the mechanism points to this sticker.Overall this is a great office chair, it's simple to build and comfortable to work in.

Good but one major flaw
It’s pretty comfortable and breathable but those armrests hurt.
