Pathetic Service
Pathetic service provided by Racold. It got delivered a week before and till today, I am awaiting for the installation service. I am following up daily but no pro active approach. I would recommend not to buy from Racold as their service is pathetic. You will only receive formality calls with false promises and timelines. This only helps their executives excel sheet. Ultimately, it seems I will have to spend and install it from local technician who never disappoints like these brands. Buy from any other brand whose service is good. Only god can help me if any future problem occurs in the product.
