Just the butterfly wound closures we were looking for. Our First Aid Kit is complete! Clear instructions, simple to use, ample over-dressing. Could use a couple more disinfectant wipes? Regardless, excellent wound closure! Very pleased.

I guess this might work for someone with a wound in the perfect spot like in the picture on the box, but if your like me and it's in a place not perfectly flat that moves when you walk, the bandage glue loosens and then falls off. Most likely due to the tension already on it from the ties trying to pressurize the wound. This is the second one I tried and both failed. I will stick to regular Band-Aids or stitches going forward.

Those two closures are really nice - they are big enough to address semi-serious wounds, unlike run-of-the-mill butterfly closures found at most stores. Alas, there are only two of those in the kit. The rest of the kit is unremarkable, and somewhat overpriced.I want a box of those closure devices, keep the alcohol and gauze. I'd be happy to pay half a buck for each. A box of fifty would more than supply all the first aid kits in the family.
