I've worn these for a decade, in a three degrees of absorbency. I think only two have worn out beyond any use.Do take care not to pull them up by the waist band - it will eventually tear. Instead, put your hands flat inside and, pushing outward and up, ease them into place.Easy to care for - I use Shout, a spot pre-wash, on the fresh stains. It doesn't affect the absorbency.

The undergarment did not hold the fluid. There was leakage and my dad's pants were soiled.

These are wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!! My stepdad doesn't even realize he's wearing "depends" LOL. And they are wonderful. I am glad they are available.

Worthless. Do not prevent even small amount of leakage. Waste of money.
