keeps the drawers on my tool cabinet from sliding out
Needing to keep the drawers closed on my tool cabinet but without having a tedious lock in place, this magnetic strip was ideal along the back edge of the drawers to snap them shut against the rear metal of the tool cabinet. The stick tape sticks well and has not let go of the metal magnetic strips.Very easy to cut with scissors, and function well for the intended job. I would say to store the unused tape un-rolled on a metal surface to keep the magnetism strong for when you need it.

Keep it away from your wallet. Otherwise, it's very attractive.

Holds tight even at 70 mph
Used this to attach an outside solar light to our motorhome, we forgot to take it in once and travelled 40 miles on the A1 at 70mph glad to say it was still sitting firm on arrival at our next stop 😂

Not strong enough
Didn’t work for me. I was worried it wouldn’t stick to the fabric I needed it for but that was fine and was very pleased but so disappointed when it wouldn’t hold the fabric to the car. Magnetic strip so weak

Doesn't stick peels away.
I don't believe this is 3m it just doesn't hold, placed onto the side of my desk and keeps peeling away made sure the surface was clean and dust free no reason why it shouldn't stick but hasn't. I've had to use double sided red tape over to hold it in place and this worked but I shouldn't have to use double sided strength tape as well. Wouldn't recommend as it just doesn't hold in place!

Does what I needed it to
Not the most sticky or the most magnetic BUT it does what I needed it to do.It can be cut quite easily and is fairly thick.Would I buy again ... yes and I will be doing soon, probably a longer roll this time.

Strong adhesive and magnet
Ideal for holding a small wooden panel in place. Really strong magnet and the adhesive is strong enough not to pull it off the substrate it’s stuck to when you apply and remove something to the magnet.
