There is such a small amount in the container that trying to get the scoop out you waste too much of it as it sticks to your fingers. No matter what I put it, the temperature of the liquid or what I use to mix it the powder doesn't mix. Again wasting product on the sides and bottom of container. Would definitely not purchase again.

Mom said she didn't notice a difference. 🤷 for 50 dollars you should be sure. Secondly, the little scoop is a pain. I wish I could just give her a capsule.

Last month I ordered the 3 in 1 daily health 40+ probiotics. There were 30 capsules in the bottle. I didn't really notice anything different after using them, so I thought I would do another month to see if i felt any changes. This time around I saw that there was a 3 - in - 1 Menopause support probiotic. I ordered it. When I opened the bottle, I was shocked to see how little there was in the jar and how tiny the scoop is.The problem for me is I am trying to reach the bottom of the bottle and I am getting product on my hand which is causing waste. Personally, I prefer taking probiotics in the pill form. The powder just doesn't work for me. Reference the photos put up by other reviewers for just how much is in the bottle.

Powder is tasteless and dissolved easily in water. Helped lessen some hot flashes did not eliminate them completely.

I can't believe I just paid almost 40 dollars for a half ounce of white powder. I feel ripped off.
