Q: Does this have a setting for the individual clamp size, how do you know when the clamp is tinght enough?

It's a one size fits all for the clamp sizes. Once you start clamping down and you can get the tool to click, then it is locked and wont back out until you finish clamping down. Once you've clamped all the way down the tool will open up. Kind of idiot proof for those of us who are DIY homeowners.
