Good DV, and a gel capsule, and lots in the bottle!
As far as supplements go, and I'm big into them, have learned I prefer gel capsules or the "powder in capsule" variety over the solid form.These are GEL CAPSULES, which to me speaks quality. I can tell them apart from other supplements, as well should I mix them up by mistake which is nice bonus!They have a good amount of DV%There is A LOT in the bottle, which was a key decision for me purchasing this particular item, making it a good value.Easily swallowed with no taste nor aftertaste. Very small in size. As with all gel capsules I've used in my life, they do tend to stick together a bit in the bottle, or in the weekly vitamin/pill organizer.Smooth texture.Like this product and would reccomend to friends should they ask about Vitamin K.

Not sticky
The gel cap is a size that is easy to swallow and the coating does not have that tacky texture that can be unpleasant. I have not taken this vitamin long enough to determine its usefulness. The product came in a timely manner.
