I tried to buy the same product I had before, the Carlyle Liposomal Vitamin D3 5000 iu, but they weren't available. The Liposomal caps worked to keep my vD levels in the good range, this I know by testing results. Not sure if these will do the same, and won't know until November when I get tested again. Will report back, when I find out for sure!Updated: Yes, these also are keeping my vitamin D levels in the green (good) mid range, so I am happy with this Carlysle product once again. And I will continue to buy as long as the price remains stable and my blood work results keep coming back in the normal range. At least I am doing something right for a change, and a 71 year old! My mom and I take this everyday and our labs have shown it has made a difference. Neither one of us has been sick in years and our recent blood work shows we are actually both above when it comes to our Vitamin D blood levels. Not a bad thing when it come to immuno health. I'm happy with these Carlyle D3s and will continue to buy them as long as the quality stays and the price point stays low.
