I bought the AMIFIT Gripster Finger Grip Strengthener expecting it to help improve my forearm and wrist strength, but honestly, it turned out to be useless. The resistance doesn’t feel effective enough to actually build strength, and it does little more than just keep your hands occupied.After using it for a while, I saw no noticeable improvement in grip strength or forearm muscle activation. It might be okay if you just want something to fidget with, but if you're looking for real strength training or rehab benefits, this won’t do much.Overall, it feels like a waste of time rather than a useful exercise tool. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone serious about grip training or forearm development.
