My husband and I have been taking these for over a year! I feel like they have been very beneficial to us. Neither of us eat fish and I believe this helps us supplement with what we need! Somewhat large soft pills, easy to swallow, no odor, no fishy burps!

You got to do your own research when it comes to this brain fog, loss of focus or recall. But, some of the same Usual Suspects so to speak, come up as being helpful. Phosphatidyl Serene is one of those and getting at least four or 500 mg of it daily to feel it's effect is what I like to do. I'm actually taking more than that but I sometimes like to mega dose certain vitamins or supplements. And, one of those is DHA which is what this is . I like to add it to the mix sort of like a cocktail I'm doing so that I get the effect I'm looking for, which is to mitigate, as best as possible, those things I mentioned earlier on in this text but do your own research, and surmise what you can about various supplements like this. Results vary from Individual to individual. What works for some may not work for all. And, vice versa, what works for someone else might work well for you. But I've had good results with these two-phosphatidyl Serene and DHA; stacking the two.
