Great product to supplement calcium in the food I cook for my dogs. Very easy to measure. I love how they package it. When you receive it you will be reasured it has not been it's safe for your dogs. Helps to make my dogs coat more shiny.

Powder came in an intact box; jar inside was sealed with intact shrink-wrapped plastic. Opened the jar and powder started spilling out despite there being a “safety seal” inside the jar. Upon looking closer, the seal had been cut open with a knife and a large hole left easy access to tamper with the powder inside. *Then* the jar had been closed, carefully shrink-wrapped, and neatly boxed in new packaging. God only knows why this happened or what on Earth was done to the product.I have no way to know if it was even actually eggshell powder in the jar. This came from China and it was not even cheap. I will never buy anything from this seller or manufacturer again. From now on I will only buy consumables from *trusted sources.* In the US, something like this could trigger a lawsuit. Because it was China, I can’t even return the item for a refund. Money down the drain. Thank God I noticed before giving any of this to my dog!

I am so glad I found this powder, I generally use calcium for my dogs raw food and my birds (Parrots). I prefer a naturally derived calcium from eggshells as it is generally more digestible. I used to put dried eggshells in a blender and blend until powder but this is so much easier! I mix this directly into my dogs homemade raw food and they eat it well. I also mix this in with my birds feed during breeding season so their eggs are strong. The product comes with a small scoop for easy measuring. This would also work well for chickens and cats if they needed a calcium boost. 1900mg Calcium Per Teaspoon and only 1tsp Powder Mixed with 1lb of Pet Food. You would need to do the math to dose the correct amount for smaller birds and chicken feed.

I got this supplement for my elderly dog, who is a picky eater. She seems to be fine with this added to her food! They have quality ingredients and provide an array of vitamins and minerals. Thankful my girl doesn't seem to notice this addition to her food, she needs all the vitamins and minerals she can get to stay healthy in her older years. Highly recommend!

If you make your own food for your dogs then I you know how important it is to add the proper amount of nutrients into the feed. This supplement has an excellent nutrient profile. My dogs really liked the flavor and consistency. Easy to use powder form. For me this is a must have. Mixes well without making a mess. This one is a winner.

I wanted to get something for my dogs that was healthy for them, and I kept reading articles about egg shells being nutritious for them. I grabbed this one for my dogs to try out, and I just mix it in with their regular food and eat it right up. I can't wait to see the long term effects of this vitamin.

I didn't realize when I ordered this that it was A) unreturnable. Lovely. And B) that it was some no-name Chinese company making it. This company has no web presence and after remembering that drywall somehow ended up in baby's formula that was from China.... what would they put in a dog product?? Very annoyed to be out $25.
