I have an almost 5yo girl who never been a great eater. I started giving her this supplement and just on the second day after starting it, I noticed a difference in her appetite. All I needed was to have an appetite and this really works for me, I’m finally started to eat enough calories again. The taste is so so so bad but I just down it quickly and follow up with juice. I would say regardless of the taste, it’s so worth it.
