Iām not quite sure what Turmeric does but it does me no harm. Ā£20 a year is worth it.

To early to judge
Arrived as expected but container label was loose and crumpled suggesting they may have been stored for sometime, however as they are still in date not to worried about this. The capsules do have a slight earthy smell and taste but as I have only been taking these for a few days it is to early to judge how effective they will be.

We take these daily and would highly recommend š and do.Pre Brexit free delivery to Ireland š®šŖ but post Brexit I've to redirect incurring extra charges ā¬6.50 delivery and ā¬18 import duty and fees unfortunately.
