I tried this cream when the one I had used for years was discontinued. This cream works well. I like the fresh mint aroma and cooling sensation. It only takes a little, spreads easily, and I have had no irritation.

As we speak, I am in an intense amount of pain. I had to work on a site without a working shower 3 days in a row, where the heat and humidity has already knocked out a couple workers. As expected, "swamp-ass" is a real issue, and I was not immune.When I finally arrived home, this jar of torturous was waiting for me. I took a nice long shower, scrubbed up my nethers, and let em mostly air dry in front of a fan after dabbing with a towel because of how painful it had become. I stared at the jar like it was a large alligator in my backyard that I had to figure out how to get rid of, took a deep breath, and cracked it open.The smell was deceptively pleasant, an aroma reminiscent of Icy Hot and that gel stuff you put on after a sunburn. I slipped on a glove and grabbed a paper towel, rubbed it across the surface. Even through the glove and paper towel, I could feel the coolness, which both delighted and terrified me. With a deep breath, I slipped it between my cheeks, careful not to dip too far.The effect was instantaneous. I felt like a 911 call would've been understandable for a lesser man. The confirmation that my nose was in perfect working order screamed in my brain. It was indeed like rubbing Icy Hot on a rash, and I began to wonder if this was karma for making fun of the complaints of my co-workers about the conditions we had to work in. I made silent deals with God, promising never again to call a man Nancy or Susan, unless that was his actual name.And, just like that, approximately 1-2 minutes later, the pain stopped. Had God heard my pleas? Maybe. All I know is I was left with a very dulled irritation from the rash, and a nice cooling feeling each time the fan hit the right places. I let it dry for about 5 more minutes, slipped in to my clothes, and went on about my day.10/10 would internally scream again.QUICK NOTE: The makers of this stuff are sadistic to suggest this is okay to use on children. You put this on children, you deserve a visit from child protective services. If you've done it already, the screams from your child were legitimate, and you have only yourself and this company to blame when they disown you as a teenager.

This cream works very well. Totally worth the money.

It worked after few use but it could be little to strong for some.

Think icyhot. So if you get it a bit too close to your sensitive bits it can result in a long-lasting uncomfortable situation.I'll try to edit for effectiveness later:Downgraded. It absolutely distracts you from or interrupts itching associated with fungal infections. It does not help at all to cure anything and is extremely uncomfortable.So this product trades the uncomfortable itch for the nearly to much to bare icy hot skin irritation. It's intense.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I usually do better at researching things, but I just assumed this was a larger container of the medicated creams and ointments that come in the tiny squeeze tube.It's not medicated in any way. It's not even stuff that is thought to work as a homeopathic cure. It's just a symptom relief cream that is honestly worse than the symptoms.

I saw the good reviews and thought it was worth a try.Out of a 10 for me I give it an eight.Hardly any smell a big plus not greasy either.It helped my rash but take heed and read the instructions carefully.I have used it on arm pits and groin.Be careful on the bottom half it might burn and sting for a while you be tap dancing like Fred Astair.Only apply a SMALL amount three times per day.Best to apply before bedtime I would recommend.It was soothing at first about 30 seconds then It got hotter as every minute went by for about 10 minutes after that is slowly calmed down.I have sensitive skin so I think this product works differently depending on your body chemistry.Try it and if you have to bite the bullet it so much better than having the misery of a yeast rash flare up.

This is by far the best of all the anti fungal creams I’ve tried over the past 10 years. I recommend this to my friends and family with confidence.

This will definitely bring some relief for the itching and burning of a fungal infection but it's not a treatment or cure.
