This company made things right
I had 2 air scrubbers burn out in only 3 jobs used. I get that some equipment can be faulty even with decent QC, but I thought I was initially being ghosted by this company when I reached out for these issues. They eventually mailed me replacement units and gave me updated contact information. Given the nature of restoration work, I will have a continuous need for drying equipment for many years to come and as of now I'm impressed with Mounto and their desire to grow into a major name brand.
