NFO Multi-VIT Energy: Simplifying the Supplement Game
As someone accustomed to managing my daily vitamins through separate bottles, the NFO Multi-VIT Energy caught my eye with promises of a comprehensive solution. Let's break down the numbers. My current regimen includes Vitamin A, B complex, D3, E, Folic Acid, and Zinc. Assuming £12 per bottle for a year's supply, that puts me at £72 annually. Now, the NFO Multi-VIT Energy, priced at £27.99 every two months, might seem a bit steeper initially, but it packs additional vitamins: Magnesium, Calcium, Copper, Manganese, Potassium, Chromium, Selenium, and Iron. Buying these separately would hike up my annual cost by £96.The math reveals that the NFO complex aligns with my current spending, plus it offers the convenience of having all essential vitamins under one roof. Certifications attest to its high quality, assuring consumers of a premium supplement without the worry of fillers. Is it recommendable? While I haven't conducted an exhaustive search for comparable products, the NFO Multi-VIT Energy impresses with its blend of convenience, cost-effectiveness, and quality. It might just be the one-stop solution for those seeking a hassle-free and comprehensive multivitamin regimen.

Balanced Multivitamin
At £27.99 for a 2 month supply, these vitamins are at the high price end of the spectrum for a multivitamin. They boast a plethora of quality standards which I don't doubt and I 'd class the dose of each vitamin in the capsules as balanced rather than being crazy high like some, which is a good thing as too high dose of some vitamins can be detrimental. The bottle contains 180 smaller sized capsules of which you are supposed to take 3 per day. Given the small size I found them very easy to swallow and overall I am happy with them. They are definitely on the pricier side but then most quality tested vitamins are.

Seems to be a premium product, but time will tell how effective it over competitors
I can only presume that the price point of this product reflects the quality, strength, bioavailability, clean product status, certifications and expertise behind its development. As such, it’s probably a premium product with a lot of science supporting it. Scope-wise, it’s mostly vitamins (minus vitamin K) with some major minerals. For the price I would like to see more minerals and trace elements, but I suppose it’s supplying those the body most needs in formulations that ensures maximum bioavailability.Unfortunately, not all vitamin and mineral supplements are the same, with some supplying better quality ingredients in more effective combinations than others, so I’m presuming this is one of the better ones. If so, then the extra is probably worth it for the increased absorption and possible greater health benefits. The fact that Norwegian Fish Oil products are developed from organic sources is another plus in their favour.Effect-wise, it’s difficult to determine what effect vitamin and mineral supplements have apart from being general health tonics. Certainly, since taking these I haven’t felt any worse, and can say that to a degree I’ve been in reasonably good health and spirits, so for the time I’ve been taking them then I can probably say they’re doing me some good. More pronounced benefits though will likely appear over longer periods, which is where the full worth of this product will be determined. There’s 180 capsules, but the recommendation is for three after meals, so there’s two months supply here, which is about £20 per month. Would I replace the present supply when it runs out? It’s difficult to say. If the product has got advantages over its competitors then it may well be wise spending the extra money on it than cheaper alternatives.

Good - but not necessarily the best value option available.
These Multivitamins & Minerals from NFO are the latest ones that I have used & reviewed - and I have tried quite a few!* These supplements are essentially multivitamin and mineral tablets in the A-Z format. They deliver a comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals, although a number of them actually exceed the 100% RDA, which is potentially just a waste that will jot deliver any additional benefits to the user.* This supplement comes in the form of capsules rather than tablets and requires you to take THREE capsules per day, which won't be welcome news to anyone who is not a fan of swallowing tablets and capsules.* The font used on the packaging is very small and not the easiest to read. This is one of my pet hates - especially with products that need to be ingested and, as such, people need to be able to see quickly and easily whether it may contain substances that are unsuitable for them.* At current pricing (£27.99 for 180 capsules @ 3 capsules per day) these work out at about 47p per day, which is far more expensive than some other perfectly good alternatives out there. As a reference point, I actually reviewed a very good A-Z multivitamin & mineral supplement recently with a daily cost of just 6p.Overall this is a decent enough supplement, but not necessarily the best value option.I hope you find these comments helpful.

Comprehensive multivitamin
This seems like a high quality product and a premium quality brand...I like the fact it's manufactured in the EU as you can have more faith in the quality control standards and assurance of the ingredients. One tablet contains a whole array of vitamins that are in my opinion beneficial to your overall health and wellbeing... Especially in the colder months to help build up your immune system. The price is reasonable as you get a good few months supply.I'm my opinion but a tub and see how you get on...I'm very pleased and confident in this brand and product.
