Looks great, easy to install, held up in rain and wind.

I like that the bag and everything in it is very portable. The assembled flag looks nice. The entire open house flag, rods, and bag can be tucked away in your car without taking up much room. The only gripe I have about this flag is that there are that the rod has alot of sections. I felt like I was putting together a camping tent. I had to actually read the instructions because there were so many rod sections, but they were all a little different, so there was definitely an order to them. I'm going to get the instructions laminated or put into a page protector, because the other agents borrowing it will need it to figure it all out when they do their open houses.

Sign is fine and textile is good quality- however, the sticks are very nimble and BROKE on the first day. I will br reaching out for a replacement and updating review if they are able to send me a replacement for the sticks

This open house is huge and really eye catching!

Perfect and easy to use, color is great words show clearly and visible. Size is perfect and functional for what I need. Package could be a little better so as to not lose pieces.

I have only one complaint and that’s the arrows point in the wrong direction, I never paid attention to where the arrows were pointing when I ordered it. My mistake. But the sign itself seems to be quality after I figured out how to put it together. Didn’t make sense at first with the directions, then I just started Messing with it until I finally got it together. Probably won’t take apart to store it because of it being a bit hard to get it put together! All in All , it is a nice banner and I’ll keep it and try to make it work.

Pole was complex with many parts and difficult to put together. I’m sure there are better options out there

I feel that this product was a great investment. The cost is well worth it because it brought more attention and revenue then if we wouldn’t of bought it.
