A Solid Vegan Protein Choice: The Health Project Ultimate Plant Protein
I recently tried The Health Project's Ultimate Plant Protein in the Vanilla flavor, and overall, I've had a positive experience with it. As someone who's always on the lookout for good vegan-friendly protein options, this product caught my eye, especially with its promise of muscle recovery and enhanced digestion support. The first thing I noticed was how well it mixes compared to many other plant-based proteins I've tried. While it does leave a few clumps here and there, it's significantly better than other brands I've used. A quick shake or stir usually does the trick to get a reasonably smooth consistency. The taste is another win for this protein powder. The vanilla flavor is quite pleasant - not too overpowering or artificial - which makes it a nice addition to my post-workout smoothies or even just mixed with water. One of the key benefits I've observed is how it sits with my stomach. Often, plant proteins can be a bit harsh on digestion, but I've had no such issues with The Health Project's protein. This is a huge plus, especially for those who have sensitive stomachs or struggle with digestion issues. However, I'm giving it four stars mainly because of the minor clump issue. While it's not a dealbreaker, there is room for improvement in terms of solubility. In summary, The Health Project's Ultimate Plant Protein is a strong contender in the vegan protein market. Its effective muscle recovery support, ease on the stomach, and pleasant taste make it a product worth trying, especially for those seeking a soya-free and dairy alternative protein source. It's a reliable addition to my fitness regime, and I'm quite satisfied with the results so far.

A Reliable Plant Protein Boost for Your Workout Routine
I recently sought a protein supplement to enhance my workout results, and my quest led me to "The Health Project's" Ultimate Plant Protein Supplement. My primary criteria were a product free from both soya and dairy, and I must say, this protein blend ticks all the right boxes. The product arrives conveniently packaged in an easily accessible pouch, complete with a practical measuring scoop. As a consumer who values user-friendly packaging, this was a positive start for me.When it comes to taste, I believe it largely depends on individual expectations. Admittedly, most plant protein supplements share a similar taste profile, far from the indulgent milkshakes one might find in a dessert lounge. Personally, I approach it more as a health regimen than a gastronomic experience, and I have no qualms about consuming it regularly. The double chocolate variant, my chosen flavour, effortlessly blends into my preferred base of oat milk. This not only enhances the taste but also adds a creamy texture to the mix. I appreciate the seamless mixing, making it convenient for a quick shake before or after a workout. One notable aspect is the absence of any adverse effects such as indigestion or unpleasant aftertastes. The inclusion of Digezyme, promoting gut health and aiding in the absorption process, is an additional benefit that aligns with my overall health-conscious approach. It is reassuring to discover that "The Health Project" is a UK-based company, and their product is manufactured within the UK. This local connection adds a layer of trust and accountability to the brand. In terms of value, the 2 KG size of this plant protein supplement is not only cost-effective but also competes favorably with similar products available in high street shops. The potential for better quality only sweetens the deal. All in all, "The Health Project's" Ultimate Plant Protein Supplement has become a reliable addition to my fitness routine. Its commitment to being soya and dairy-free, coupled with its ease of use and pleasant taste with oat milk, makes it a commendable choice. For those seeking a trustworthy UK-based brand offering quality at a reasonable price, I would certainly recommend giving this product a try.

Packed with protein, but not very bioavailable and unbearable taste
The first thing I thought when I took this protein powder in some water, was how I was going to bear taking this before/after every gym session, the taste is incredibly synthetic with a chemical sweetness, it's almost sickly and leaves a very strong aftertaste in the mouth. It also blends poorly and has a poor clumpy consistency, unless you blend it in a blender for a minute or two.The ingredients are not that effective at muscle building, as the protein forms are not very bioavailable. Nonetheless, I didn't experience any downsides other than the discomfort from the bad taste.

Very decent
At the time of this review there is a discount on the powder which means you can buy it for just over £25.I have kids that either go to the gym or are faddy with their food, either way I want them to be healthy and get plenty of protein in their diet so we end up using protein powder along with me trying to get them to eat a balanced healthy diet..A lot of people have reviewed the plant based vanilla powder so I thought I would try the mixed berry one..It mixes well, we use both a nutribullet and a hand shaker every day ..The taste is a pleasant change from the common vanilla or chocolate choices, not too sweet. There are 66 servings in the resealable pouch ( and a scoop )It only has to be mixed with a minimum of 250ml water to give you 23g of plant based protein so either a short drink or lost in a big smoothie, it all works out well into the children’s routine which is what I wanted. For the purpose of the review I tried them as well, personally I would go with a smoothie, it is a pleasant berry flavour..I hope the review is helpful, at this price I think it’s good value
