HD is just what I have always needed to carry items around with a basket that doesn’t let things fall out. Has high sides for large carrying capacity.Very proud of this basket. I mounted mine directly to carrying frame. I will never want to remove it, & it’s easier & stronger. I repainted it to match color of mounting rack.

After reading some reviews I was concerned about some quality issues. The price was very good and most concerns were cosmetic issues. Steel rusts. It happens surprised so many people do not seem to know this. That is why stores sell spray paint Mine did not have any weld issues. Welds looked like are robotic done. They give you enough options to mount it. that should not be an issue. I am glad I bought it. Big enough to handle all my needs.

Fit my Honda ATV perfectly.

Rack looked perfect so I started mounting to my Honda Rancher. Got half way finished and noticed a crack in the metal right on the front corner. The square tubing is split with a sharp edge exposed. I like the size and design, so I’ll epoxy over the crack to keep from cutting myself. Check your parts well before installing…

I have another one of these from another manufacturer, from 2006. I don’t know the name of the manufacturer as it was a long time ago, but the older one was much higher quality than this unit. This unit is extremely fragile compared to the other, and the hardware that was included is flimsy and not complete. This unit would be fine for a chainsaw, gas can and tools around the property, however, I would never dare to load a deer into this as I don’t think it would hold up. The wire mesh appears to be very light duty. I Used some of my hardware I had from other projects to complete the install. If I were to do this again, I’d look for a higher quality product.
