Complete Set of Gaming Ready Dell 780 Dual Core 2.70GHz 8GB GT710 HDMI WiFi Windows 10 Desktop PC Computer (Renewed)

This computer was required for gaming and home schooling due to Covid-19. Delivery prompt. There was a small hiccup with the components in the tower but when I contacted The IT Buffs they responded in minutes. We tried to rectify via email but the seller decided best to do a straight swap on a mutually agreeable date. The new tower works perfectly, my son has been able to speedily download everything he needs for gaming and is elated. He is also impressed with the graphics card. Even comes with built in anti-virus! Couple of scuffs here and there but I can live with that when comparing what you should pay for a brand new item with a similar spec. Overall, really impressed.

I bought another of these pcs about 6 months ago for my son and saw how great it was so I ordered 1 for myself! It works fantastic! It plays the sims 2, 3 and 4 with no glitches! Also my son’s computer stopped working last week so I contacted support and they were amazing! From sending the computer back to seller and getting it back it took 4 days! No hassle they fixed it no problem and they kept me informed though out the whole time! My sons computer now works even better than before! They are an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for your service! Amazing!

Great product, just as described, works great. Ideal as a starter PC. Came earlier than expected.

When its wotking its great the main issue I have with this computer is it doesn’t boot up or shutdown properly, the green power light remains green even after it’s been shutdown and when i start the computer up the green power light will come on and remain solid but the monitor will say theirs no signal coming from the computer and after multiple boots and hard shutdowns the computer has lost windows 10, not very impressed but you get what you pay for I guess, theirs a reason why its so cheap it’s old and takes forever to get up and running, but if you can get the machine running then its pretty good.

The pc itself is good just a shame no pc games work on it.Every game I have purchased for it once loaded comes up with a errorAdministration privileges and unable to do anything with it.The pc was cheap and worth the money to gather dust. Looks good to.

Bought this for 11 year old, school and play and she loves it, easy to set up

The PC. ,monitor, and accessories arrived in excellent condition.My only gripe is that the picture quality was very poor, and I thought that the graphics card was faulty.Turned out the drivers hadn't been updated and I had to manually download and install them myself, which wasn't a problem. Maybe a good idea to advise customers to do this when the product is sent out.

Nothing to dislike about the product. Service excellent.
