Baking lb cake 🎂

The Copper Cast pan I received exceeded my expectations , the casting had no visible flaws nor was there any sharp edes on the outer rim. The outside copper coloured coating and the inside non stick coating was superb. I baked Tori Avey's lemon poppy seed cake in it and only reduced the baking time to 50 minutes from 55-60 minutes because of the slightly dark copper coating and living 6000 feet above sea level. The cake baked to perfection and slid out of the pan after letting it first it cool off for 15 minutes. Prior to baking I sprayed the pan first with a non stick baking spray and a light flour coating. This pan was worth every cent it cost me to import it all the way to South Africa.

The product is cute but has quality control issues. There were blobs of excess material inside the pan, like burrs in the metal. The burrs are large enough to compromise the appearance of a Bundt cake made in this pan. I returned the first pan, and the replacement they sent had the same issue, but to a small extent. I wonder if the pans they are selling here all have minor defects? In the future I'd buy elsewhere.(Pictured is the replacement with smaller burrs).

This pan was just what I was looking for. My pound cake was beautiful and delicious.

Bought this for my daughter who loves to bake. She likes nordic ware a lot. She said it works better than her old bundt pan. Very happy

I love nordic ware cake pans. The patterns make beautiful cakes and cup cakes, cakelets and last forever.

É uma forma muito bem feita, não tive problema relacionado a acabamento dela por dentro igual a uns comentários que vi, esse lote da minha forma é de 2021, peguei em uma promoção que saiu por 262 reais, a pintura por fora vi que tem alguns lugares que não foi feito adequadamente mas nada que tire a qualidade da forma. Recomendo muito a compra dela se estiver na promoção, acima de 400 reais não recomendaria. O tamanho dessa forma é 12 xícaras, fiquem atentos pois tem outros modelos como o de aniversário dourada que é 6 xícaras bem menor que essa que comprei.

Just like many of the other reviewers, mine arrived with sharp bumps all on the inside. I don’t know what they are and whether this will cause it to start peeling. I’ve probably been sent one that was a return. Really disappointing. Other than that, the pan is a good size. There’s probably no point in returning it as it seems like they’re all like that anyway. The bumps do not show up on a baked cake at all.

Love this simple 12cup bundt pan ... for me is a must have for sweet or savoury bake for this size. With this I added 6 and 3 cups bundt pans to form a 3 tier cake for celebrative parties. I bake only for passion and a hobbyist for family and frenz - find Nordic Ware pans very good investment pieces ☺️. ♥️♥️♥️ from Singapore 🇸🇬
