2nd one I bought. Really easy to use and fits in my bag no problem

Without wishing to be too graphic, my bottom takes up around 90 per cent of most toilet seat apertures and were I wishing to wash the back end, I'd be unable to reach down through the front because the crown jewels would get in the way. So I'd have to reposition myself forward until I had enough room to hold this in such a way as to direct the flow (small as the quantity of water allows) directly on to the faeces, rather than trickle down my cheeks. So no, not suitable for me and I leave the females to make their own judgements.

One of those impulse buys where you're not sure what you're getting but expect to be disappointed. Nothing could be further from the truth- it's an excellent well-designed product. It's resulted in me no longer using those problematic wet wipes but also cutting right down on toilet paper . Be warned though, when you walk out of the bathroom, every time, feeling as clean as you do after a shower you'll feel a bit embarrassed that you've only been using paper all these years!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I have been cursing my ridiculously small bathroom for years because it's too small to fit a bidet, and in the interim have been sluicing 'the region' with water from an open 750 ml bottle. That has been an effective but splashy solution, and definitely not portable. It leaves the toilet and seat, and sometimes the floor, flooded with water. I have had no solution for doing this when travelling or at work.This neat little bottle adds directional flow to the water stream, and because it can be directed precisely actually uses a lot less water to better effect. The effect is that, in turn, I use one third of the quantity of water overall and there is no flooding left afterwards. It is neat, discreet, lightweight and easily portable. The bottle is soft and very squeezable. I could happily take this into work, or a friends home, and use it without anyone knowing.I would say that you need to practice a little in order to learn how to direct the stream to where it counts – do this by holding the thing upside down in your hand with the opening from which the water comes facing you. Then lower into position and 'fire'!Also the stopper bit, ie the transferable component that could be used on ordinary plastic water bottles, has firm seals at two diameters. In the supplied bottle, it only pushes in on the smaller diameter, leaving the seals for wider neck bottles visible. This is fine, and does not affect function at all. The fit is pretty firm and having happily shoved it in, I have to pull firmly to get it back out to refill. In between uses, I fill the bottle and leave it on the radiator so that it is comfortably warm when I land on the porcelain.Happy sluicing, folks.
