Horrible service and faulty product
The product stopped working on the second day, was leaking, and shut down automatically. Contacted customer support. They did not send anybody even after following up for a week. Finally after following up for weeks, somebody came, took a video and said he has sent it to his manager and they would come back after a couple of days with an alternative. Nobody turned up, and everytime I called the person he said the manager is looking into it. Days turned into weeks and months. I have stopped contacting them after a certain time. Shocking quality of product and after delivery service.

The item doesnot bwork as effevely as promised
The main purpose of buying this item was to cook rice. The rice isbnot cooked evenly. Some portion is overcooked and some undercooked. Also it doesn't work on low heat settings
