Bought these to use as an inclusion for my sourdough bread, but they never made it to the bread because they were so good we ate them all before we could bake with them. lol

The media could not be loaded. My first time trying freeze dried pineapples and I just say, they are DELICIOUS! Tried them at work and let my co workers try them. One wanted the link. I just ordered 4 more bags. You will definitely eat the whole bag in one sitting.

My eight year old, who has been eating fresh pineapple his whole life, decided he doesn't like it anymore. I bought these and didn't tell him what they were. He ate the whole bag and said they were "awesome"! Then I told him they were pineapples. He replied, "oh".I love the taste of these. Great way to get some benefits of fruit, if you can't get fresh pineapple for some reason.

The product was fresh but the quality was just not what I was looking for.

while these have nothing added- ie no sugar or oil- they are actually "freeze dried" to the point of crunchy/crispy, and not dehydrated to the "still chewy but dry" standard. from the packaging, i expected the latter and was disappointed by the texture.

It seems to me that all of the freeze dried fruits that I have tried since the first mass market strawberry and flake cereal, all have sort of an off taste compared to the real fruit. That is just a comment based on my experience. The flavor is by no means bad, just different. The pineapple bits are tasty, just not like fresh. This is not a compliant in any way. I shall probably purchase again when this package is gone. It’s a solid 4 of five. Just trying to let persons know what to expect.
