Product is stable, well built and serves the purpose. For my weight of 90kg, I felt the steps, especially higher ones, to be little bit squeaky but yet nothing alarming. Overall structure might feel a bit shaky, but serves the purpose well. Most importantly it is feathery light, and I could easily carry with just one hand in horizontal and folded position. All in all a great buy. Highly recommended!!!

Great product by quality and functionality. Quite light weigh and easy to move single handedly. The tool step on top is very well designed. Overall I rate the ladder as an excellent house hold needful item to carry out needful repair nd small fittings works on the wall, ceilings etc.

If you get a whatsapp message saying that your order has been cancelled due to technical reasons, don't do anything, not even reply. This happened to me. I asked for a refund only then I will cancel, there was no reply ever.Further the manufacturer is asking for way more personal information for providing warranty than its required, like birthdate, email id etc that too as a mandatory field.The product is okay, but the people behind the product need to learn how Business is done
