one important thing to keep in mind: the bolts that hold latch have a lot of freedom before you tighten them, and if you don't pay attention, the latch mechanism may be offset to the left or right, and since the thread lock they provide is REALLY strong and dries REALLY quickly you may only get one or two chances to correct the mounting orientation...

Missing bolts
Plates seem to be good quality but package was missing two bolts.

Perfect with optional 20mm latch on Tusk
I had to order the optional 20mm latch for them to fit on my TUSK pannier rack but otherwise they are perfect. The Nelson Rigg quick detach plates will work with any bags due to their multiple attachment points. The attachment points for the different pannier racks have almost infinite adjustability. They are well worth the money.
