Superb Portable Cooler.
We have only used this Cooler the once and it was fantastic. Fed us all weekend with keeping foodstuffs cool. Beers, Wines, Tonic water you name it , this cooler is the nutz. Got quite a bit of room in this Cooler. Quality

Very pleased so far
The media could not be loaded. Been running this cool box for over 8 hours on a 300Wh power bank (using the AC socket) on the medium temperature setting and very pleased as in that time it’s consumed only c.60% of the battery power whilst maintaining an internal temperature of between 7-8 degrees C. Yesterday I got the temperature down to around 2.8 degrees C. Pretty impressed! This was just a test ahead of a two week road trip to see how well it worked on a battery pack given that I don’t want it draining the car battery when we are away from the car for any length of time. It’ll stay cool for a good two hours after it’s powered off also. It’s very lightweight and sturdy too.

It did the job!
We bought this for when we travelled abroad and I can say that it kept things cool enough, both food and drink. It's a little noisy, although we found setting the control knob to mid position made the contents too cold. Turning it back reduced the fan noise but food was then only cool. Two reasons for only giving it 4 stars, some sort of temperature indication would have taken away the guesswork and - as others have mentioned - the cable storage is tight and needs careful packing (but is possible).Otherwise it's good for the money, with a decent capacity... you can stand a bottle up in it just fine!

its not a fridge. or is it?
I had to try this out using the mains supply to discover how good it was or otherwise.I set on about medium, leaving it empty, apart from my fridge thermometer, left it for 45 minutes or so to see what it could do.Checking the thermometer, I found it had cooled back down to about + 3 Degrees That was actually the same temperature as my fridge. Not bad I thought! I think had this been loaded with cold food and ice or even frozen foods, the temperature would have been ever lower. The cables? Once you eventually get them both out of the awkward compartment, as mentioned by others, you are only ever going to get one of them back in again, however well done you, should you ever try to do so and actually manage to do it.I was expecting to find an eco setting but there doesn't appear to be one just max and then through to min. My previous cool box also had a warm setting which this one doesn't, not that I'll ever want warm drinks anyway. The real test will be when its used on a hot summers day, if we ever get one of those now somewhat rare days.Other than that, I'm happy with it so far. Note too oneself! if you are going to use it in the truck remember it's 12v and not 24v.

Fantastic cooler
I was very happy with this cool box . It kept drinks really cold , even when the tent I had it in was red hot . I would recommend for camping. Plenty room in it . On a night I put it on eco mode , you could not even hear it . Quite noisy when on full , but soon got used to it .

Excellent product
This cool box is fantastic. I used it for a 5 day camping trip to Swanage Dorset. This cool box endured a 2 x 6 hour car journey and 4 nights in a tent whilst the weather cracked flags. It kept cold enough to form ice in the bottom! Food, beer, meat, butter, cheese and salad kept very well as if it had been stored in a fridge all along. The cool box can be turned down at night to reduce noise and will maintain temperature as long as you are not in and out of it on low settings. It did not disrupt sleep at all. The cable store is tight, and you do need to be a little patient and fold cables carefully to fit it. The handle can be put to the front and hold the lid up whilst you search for bits. I packed food for 4 x evening meals, lunch and breakfast for 2 people and still had plenty of room. I'm delighted with this cool box and would recommend.

Does its job
Two things.Firstly getting the 240v mains lead out was a trial as the 12v plug was wedged in and would allow the cable to play out. As I have arthritis in my fingers it was a Herculean task to persuade the 12v plug out so the mains cable would come out. There is absolutely no chance these cables are going to be capable of being packed away again. I have deducted a star for this reason.Second, and this is entirely my fault, I bought the item to keep my frozen food frozen whilst I defrosted my freezer. This is a COOL boz and not designed for this function. <doh>. Still it did keep my frozen food frozen for over 6 hours which was enough time to finish on the freezer and repack. So, got away with it.It is noisy, thankfully my freezer is in an out of the way place so that this didn't bother me. It is heavy, and I wonder if the handle will bear up with a fully loaded box.Still, it is a good product and one I will be using on my trips around the country to keep my drinks and sandwiches nicely chilled.
