Excellent quality and price
Very happy. My wife had a knee operation and access to our home is via 6 steps to both our front and back door.Delivery came the next day and it took me 20 mins to install. Fixture and fittings are all supplied, And these were also surprisingly decent quality.

Good design handrail
Because of the position it was required for, it took a bit of working out because of the position of the stairs it was being fitted for on an external wall. it is fulfilling the purpose it was required for.

It's okay! Spindly Rail with Weak Screws
The rail is a considerably slimmer than it looks in the pictures.Assembly is a fuss. Trying to get the parts to line up properly means having to overtighten the threads or leave them loose.The screws supplied are not fit for purpose. Small screws with cheap raw plugs wouldn't keep the rail fixed to any wall materials if the rail is used by an adult. Should be supplied with expansion bolts for external use or similarly effective screws for internal use.On opening the package, I found a small part of the paint was missing, exposing bear metal. Not ideal for use outdoors.However, the item is fairly sturdy and suitable for fair use.

Easy to fit but remember to line the holes up so screwdriver does not snag the handrail
It took a long time to fit but it is extremely helpful for disabled people. I would recommend for a person to ascend and descend steps easily
