A sturdy frame for the swing
Instructions were decent. Easy enough to follow and if you have a little construction intuition, ready to assemble. It is a two person job at first but one the main frame is together and a couple of the braces, easy the rest of the way. Delivered on schedule and arrived in good shape via FedEx, who kept me up to date on the shipping progress. Seems to be plenty sturdy for our family

Look at the packs carefully-all the parts, washers, nuts, bolts are in the same Packet. Not missing.
When you receive this beautiful "A" Frame for your swing. Know that the instructions are broken down into packets of parts. However, the "C" Pack has all the parts in them (F, G, H, I, J, K). These are the bolts with the two washers, the one nut and the cap. I contacted customer service to get the "missing" parts, but realized they weren't missing. Very quick customer service, but I didn't need anything. Perfect, easy to put up. We assembled it in the garden at 11:30p. :) The swing is also beautiful, from this company. I'll write a separate review for that and provide photos. #NoMissingParts

Works well
Put it together myself. Supports a swing that I got for a present. One bolt and cap missing. Based on other reports, I put a coat of saint poly on it. It looks good and support swing and two adults.

Great Swing Frame
I bought this for my wife, and she is very pleased with it. I already had a matching swing I planned to hang from the ceiling of the screened porch; however, I abandoned the idea in favor of being able to more easily relocate the swing to accommodate my wife’s preferences.The frame was easy to assemble by myself. It is slightly heavy and stable. The swing was easy to hang onto the frame and adjust its height per my wife’s preferences.

The wood is all damaged. It looks good from far away but not up close

Cheap Chinese Wood
Easy to assemble this fairly sturdy swing support. Sadly the wood and clear coat are poor quality. After having this in my So. Cal yard for just 3 months, the clear coat is pealing and flaking off, and the wood is splintering. I hope it will last one year
