I love this Pilates bar kit! It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and perfect for full-body workouts at home. The adjustable 3-section bar and resistance bands give me plenty of exercise options, especially for legs, glutes, and core. I’ve been using it for squats, lunges, and arm toning, and I can really feel the difference.It’s sturdy, compact, and ideal for small spaces—great value for the price. Really impressed with this! Thought it would be cheaply made but I was wrong. Very sturdy and high quality. Comes with an instruction booklet on how to set up and all the exercises you can do with it. Such a versatile piece of kit! Comes with a a cute bag too so store everything in.

This appears to be a good quality bar for the price, I have however returned it as I found the clips to change the length too fiddly, I have ordered one with a slide buckle as this looks like it may be easier and quicker to adjust.

Looks very sturdy, very easy to put togeter...but when I started putting it together 2 clips were missing so unable to connect the cables to the bar.Had to send back for refund

Love this, best purchase ever! I’m pregnant and I was going to the gym a lot before pregnancy and I hadn’t been going as I’ve been feeling sick. Wanted to get back into keeping healthy and strong but the gym is a long walk for me and far to much at the moment. This is an absolute need, so easy to use and comes with loads of exercises to do with it!
