Lack of Product Support
I really like the look of these chairs, but I am disappointed that I have to return them.Each chair came with spindles that did not fit between the two front legs, One of the chairs also came with a broken backrest. They are cracked and every time you sit in the chair you can hear it crack more.The amazon link to the Christopher Knight page does not work, and I managed to find the website I reached out for support but haven't received a response.I don't want to take them apart, but I am returning because for the price these chairs should be better quality.

Good but cracked
Perfect color wood and fabric. Very nice. One leg came cracked but it was impossible to contact manufacturer and would take forever to return plus they were out of stock.

Amazing quality and so comfortable!
I love these chairs! They have so much support and are so comfortable. Easy to put together. They’re a little more on the wider side so just be mindful of that.

Sturdy stools. Very comfortable. Soft cushions and fabric. Roomy seats as we are a tall family and can lounge in these for a bit. Very nice quality overall.
