I have returned the product but refund is not yet initiated it's been 5 days now no refund yet,I got this product in a second attempt and disappointed😞 part is missing. Small black plastic part is missing, as per video shown in the Amazon site this part connects to the motor and fountain. In the absence of this part motor can't be connected and hence it can't be used. Hence returning with the heavy heart, I really liked the fountain and was excited to install it but disappointed 😞 I wish the seller could check all the parts before dispatching the product.

The media could not be loaded. Superb fountain ⛲Easy to set up. Pump ⛽ is not noisy.Enough strong elementsRotate water motor to fit it on before to use, and switch botton on motor to medium position, that is what I did.Remark : you could bring more stones for fountain and fill it.

Return it just for too small size , otherwise it’s so beautiful. Please make medium or large ones.
