Aurora AU1230XA Anti-Jam 12-Sheet Crosscut Paper and Credit Card Shredder with 5.2-Gallon Wastebasket

Very happy with this shredder. It'll shred 8 sheets of paper, cross cut so the pieces are small. My last shredder didn't have the credit card capability like this one does, which I really love. The basket is good sized and very easy to empty. I like that it clicks when you put the top back on so you know it's ready to go.

I love this shredder. My last one (which was quite old) made my lights dim over 2-3 pieces at a time. This Shredder has made me very happy. It chomps through a stack of paper from the pharmacy, without getting overheated or draining my electricity. We all know how much paper comes from the pharmacy.So my bills and junk mail go through this like butter.Get one!

Shreds 8 sheets as described. can probably do 16 if loaded straight. Don't go over that though, Jams are difficult to clear.Fairly noisy as well. top heavy, which is probably good that the shredder part has some weight to it.

Worked for what we needed it for and use every time we need to with confidential papers and all. Jam resistant and assembled quickly as you don’t need much to know. Good size to store anywhere even over a dresser. Thick enough and you can add up to 8 pieces of paper.
